How does the application process for Real Estate financing at Aros Kapital work?
  1. Initial contact
You can either complete our contact form or reach out directly to one of our Client Executives. Contact details are available on the Aros Kapital website. We will then get in touch to discuss your project, objectives and financing requirements.
  2. Review of business plan, project data and financials
During the process, we will review relevant documentation with you, including your business plan, property information, financial forecasts and supporting financial statements.
  3. Quote
We will prepare a clear financing proposal outlining the indicative terms of the transaction.
  4. Credit assessment
Once the quotation has been accepted, we carry out a full assessment of the project, the security package and the financial position of the borrower.
  5. Credit decision
When all required information has been received, the case is submitted for internal credit approval at Aros Kapital.
  6. Loan documentation and security
If the transaction is approved, loan documentation is prepared for signing and any required security is arranged.
  7. Funding
The financing is disbursed according to the agreed schedule.
