What is Invoice Purchasing?
Invoice purchasing means that your company sells its invoices to Aros Kapital. You receive payment immediately, less the fee charged by Aros Kapital for purchasing your invoices.
What does invoice purchasing without recourse mean?
Invoice purchasing without recourse means that Aros Kapital assumes the full credit risk. If your customer fails to pay the invoice, we cover the loss and you keep the funds already paid out. This provides a secure and predictable financing solution.
What does invoice purchasing with recourse mean?
Invoice purchasing with recourse means that you receive immediate payment for your invoices, but the credit risk remains with you. If your customer fails to pay within the agreed timeframe, you are required to repay the invoice amount to Aros Kapital. This arrangement releases liquidity, but the risk stays with your company.
What is a client volume?
The client volume is the maximum total value of invoices you are permitted to sell to Aros Kapital at any given time. It is based on turnover, credit risk, and historical performance.
Can invoice purchasing be integrated with our accounting system?
Aros Kapital has developed its own system, enabling a high degree of flexibility and tailored solutions for our clients. Our technology can be adapted to your accounting system. Through API or file transfer, invoices can be transmitted digitally directly from your system. We also offer automated accounting, reducing the need for manual processing.
Do we need to sell all our invoices?
Invoice purchasing with Aros Kapital is flexible, allowing you to choose which customers are included in the arrangement. You also decide which individual invoices to sell. For invoices you choose not to sell, Aros Kapital offers an invoice service, a solution where we handle administration, invoicing, and follow-up.
How do we manage our accounts receivable?
Through the Aros Kapital customer portal, you always have full control. It provides a real-time overview of your arrangement, with quick access to invoices, customers, and key reporting data for day-to-day operations.
You can log in securely using BankID. Administrators can manage user permissions for employees or auditors. The portal includes features that simplify administration and make it easy to generate supporting documentation for your invoice purchasing arrangement.
The portal also serves as a direct communication channel to your account manager at Aros Kapital.
Do customers need to be informed that the invoices have been sold?
Yes. All invoices handled by Aros Kapital must clearly state that they have been assigned to Aros Kapital. The customer is informed through a standard assignment notice applied digitally to the invoice.
How should we account for invoice purchasing?
Once Aros Kapital has purchased your invoices and payment has been received, the invoice can be recorded as settled.
What happens if an invoice is disputed?
Aros Kapital does not handle disputed receivables. If a financed invoice is disputed by the invoice recipient, Aros Kapital will repurchase the invoice from you.
We have received a reminder for an invoice we do not recognise, what should we do?
Please contact Aros Kapital at faktura@aroskapital.se or +46 (0)31 83 36 70.
What should we do if we receive a reminder for an invoice we have already paid?
First, verify that the payment was made to the correct account, as stated on the invoice. If the invoice was paid to Aros Kapital but you still received a reminder, please contact us at faktura@aroskapital.se or +46 (0)31 83 36 70.
We are disputing an invoice that has been transferred, what should we do?
Please email faktura@aroskapital.se, stating the invoice in question and the reason for the dispute. All disputes must be submitted in writing for documentation purposes.
We have accidentally paid one or more invoices more than once, what should we do?
Please email faktura@aroskapital.se and attach documentation of the incorrect payments, along with details of the account for repayment. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to be processed.
